Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO to develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that track key performance indicators KPIs across intake, legal operations, marketing, finance, and settlement outcomes.
Analyze case lifecycle data to identify trends in case value, duration, attorney productivity, and settlement timelines.
Provide insight into marketing performance, client acquisition costs, and return on investment ROI across channels.
Monitor operational efficiency, resource allocation, and staffing models to identify opportunities for growth or cost savings.
Use data to support strategic planning, goal setting, and firmwide initiatives e.g. new markets, staffing plans, vendor optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, clean, and structure data from multiple sources including case management systems Litify, Clio, Filevine, marketing platforms, and financial systems.
Build executive-level reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
Identify gaps or inconsistencies in data collection and recommend solutions to improve data integrity and accessibility.
Conduct ad hoc analyses for the CEO and leadership team as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or strategic operations role.
Proven experience building dashboards, conducting data analysis, and presenting findings to executive stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools e.g. Tableau, Power BI.
Experience working with large datasets and turning complex data into digestible insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and advise C-level leadership.
High level of discretion and professionalism when working with sensitive data.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the legal industry, healthcare, insurance, or other professional services.
Familiarity with case management software Salesforce, Litify, Clio, Filevine, Needles, etc.
Experience in marketing analytics or legal operations optimization is a strong plus.
