Overview TAT Technologies Tulsa Site is looking for an experienced Director of Quality for our Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) and Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) operations. The Director of Quality will lead the Quality Assurance and Inspection Teams to develop and maintain a system ensuring all products meet customer specifications and achieve superior quality and reliability. Lead the Quality Assurance and Inspection Teams to develop and maintain systems ensuring products meet customer specifications and achieve high quality and reliability. Ensure Tulsa Site compliance with FAA, EASA, AS9100/AS9110/ISO9001, and NADCAP certifications; manage internal auditing schedule and all aspects of the quality management system. Schedule and conduct management reviews; manage calibration, corrective actions (CAR), continuous improvement programs (CIP), and overall QMS processes; report to senior management on the effectiveness of the quality department. Coordinate and direct the Tulsa Site Quality program to achieve quality objectives; prepare action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identify and resolve problems; perform internal and external audits; drive system improvements and change management. Develop and monitor QA plans by conducting hazard analyses, identifying critical control points and preventive measures, establishing critical limits, and monitoring procedures and verifications. Validate quality processes by establishing specifications and quality attributes, measuring production, documenting evidence, and updating QA procedures. Maintain and improve product quality through audits, investigation of customer complaints, and collaboration with internal departments to develop new products, engineering designs, manufacturing and training methods. Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting and analyzing information and trends, including failed processes, stability studies, rework, corrective actions, and re-validations. Establish quality goals and requirements by promoting a quality culture; develop and disseminate standards, metrics, SOPs, and contractor document and production record guidelines. Supervise Quality staff, delegate work, monitor quality of work, mentor staff, conduct performance appraisals, and manage hiring, termination, and discipline as needed. Plan and implement departmental goals and maintain schedules for projects. Adhere to and promote the company’s commitment to QUALITY and SAFETY; maintain regular attendance per shift schedule. Understand that management may reassign duties as needed; have experience managing FAA Repair Station Quality Systems and FAA-PMA Quality Systems; manage certified NDT personnel and processes. Demonstrate sharp project management skills for onboarding of new products and processes; ability to multi-task; other duties as needed. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; 10 years of related experience including substantial quality assurance or compliance management experience, or a combination of both. Experience with QMS and corrective actions in an aerospace manufacturing setting; knowledge of CMM inspection processes; thorough understanding of AS9100 systems. Experience interfacing with large commercial aerospace companies as a quality supplier; knowledge of lean principles in manufacturing; proficiency with Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, formulas, charts, etc.). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to develop and deliver strategic initiatives, including Lean Programs, across the organization. Experience working at all organizational levels (tactical and strategic); strong reporting, mentoring, and communication skills. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; effective presentation and question-handling skills. Problem-solving aptitude across a range of duties within company policies and procedures; proactive change leadership for TAT Technologies Tulsa Site. Ability to build and motivate teams, drive performance, and achieve shared goals; strong planning and organizational capabilities.
