Overview PilieroMazza PLLC is a business law firm serving government contractors and large and small private sector commercial clients. PM is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced litigator with 3-6 years of experience in private practice for an associate position. Applicants should have a strong work ethic, an interest in commercial litigation, and experience working as part of a team.

PilieroMazza’s nationwide litigation practice focuses heavily on complex commercial and business litigation; government contracts disputes; management- and employer-side labor and employment litigation, including FLSA, wage-and-hour, Title VII, and restrictive covenants; trade secrets misappropriation claims; commercial contract disputes; business torts; construction disputes; government investigations; False Claims Act matters; and real estate disputes. PM’s attorneys practice in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as in United States Court of Federal Claims and before the Civilian and Armed Services Boards of Contract Appeals.
