Occupational Therapist - Acute - (OT - Acute)

Required Qualifications Unit Notes Looking for a dynamic OT that likes to work IP most of the time and IRF/Rehab Unit some of the time; someone with a flexible attitude is going to do great. The days would be Sunday-Thursday which would flex to Mon-Fri some as well, so that could be a little give and take on that.
All of the work would be in Lufkin in one building. We are a friendly, supportive group that will work with the OT; we staff between 5-6 OT on weekdays and 1-3 on weekends. We will train thoroughly on processes and EHR.
This is in Lufkin, TX, cost center 4330120. We are a more rural part of East Texas. Our hospital is full with 135 admissions. Our ICU is a 25 bed unit, PCU is a 30 bed unit. We have a 7 bed ortho unit and a 13 bed in patient rehab unit. We are stroke and cardiac certified; most involved trauma patients will transfer to Houston or Tyler.
We are a department of 58 people--OT, PT, and ST. We are patient focused and team oriented. This person will find lots of support and team players in our workday.
