Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, fund accounting, and compliance with grant and donor requirements Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and accountability Manage payroll, compensation, benefits administration, and employee recordkeeping with a focus on fairness and compliance Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes to attract and retain diverse talent Collaborate with leadership and program teams to align financial planning with organizational goals and strategic initiatives Prepare financial statements, support audit processes, and present reports to leadership and the board Qualifications
Demonstrated experience managing nonprofit or mission-driven financial and HR functions Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks Online preferred) and strong financial reporting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach Strong organizational abilities and sound judgment in managing multiple priorities Commitment to fostering an equitable, inclusive, and positive workplace culture Compensation and benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience.
