The Director of SC Commercialization and Value Creation will be responsible for the overall coordination and execution of programs and a pipeline of initiatives that drive enterprise supply chain value. This includes optimizing cost, supporting commercialization of new products, enhancing end-to-end productivity, and ensuring measurable financial impact through structured governance and cross-functional execution. The role balances strategic cost transformation and operational readiness for innovation, driving year-over-year margin improvements, in-year cost avoidance, and incremental free cash flow. This role will partner and collaborate with the SC CI Lead, Finance, and R&D in developing innovation, productivity and renovation projects. Responsibilities
Lead supply chain readiness and execution for the corporate Commercialization process. Lead supply chain support for commercialization of new products and product changes; represent supply chain in cross-functional commercialization meetings and planning cycles. Develop and execute supply chain readiness plans, including sourcing strategies, supplier and manufacturing site preparedness and trials. Align with demand planning and production scheduling for capacity management, inventory build, and production trial timelines. Identify supply chain risks (timeline, cost, capacity, quality) and lead mitigation and contingency planning. Drive continuous improvement through post-launch reviews, process optimization, and enhanced communication across stakeholders. Demonstrate disciplined program delivery and drive weekly Transformation Office (TO) cadence: manage Workstream Leaders and Initiative Owners to meet deadlines, drive decision and action. Ensure flawless and timely preparation of all materials for weekly TO meetings, TO comments, Sponsor Meetings and other materials required for the Transformation; strengthen governance structures by formalizing quarterly cost performance forecasts, financial reconciliation of actuals, and initiative actualization tracking and benchmarking. Collaborate with Finance to ensure financial reconciliation of program impact and forecasted impact; support weekly TO meetings, including action tracking, driving discussion and coordinating logistics. Own the “One Source of Truth” Gross Productivity tracking system and champion its use at every step of the Transformation. Track pipeline delivery, proactively problem-solve issues, and identify new initiatives that will generate greater impact, faster. Continuously identify initiative roadblocks or delays, define actions needed to unblock and follow up to ensure value-delivery; support workstream teams to build capabilities of Initiative Owners and others in the business. Performs all other duties as assigned. Minimum Job RequirementsEducation/Certifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or other related field. 10 years’ experience in either food manufacturing or CPG industries. Proven track record of building a successful Center of Excellence team and collaborating with key Corporate and Supply Chain resources. Experience driving corporate commercialization process across multi-segment supply chain. Experience leading large-scale change efforts and a thorough understanding of project management, continuous improvement and Lean. Experience in setting up and managing a world-class value delivery program. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Proficient use of a computer, Microsoft Office, and other related applications or software. Ability to break down barriers and work across the organization. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning skills and experience with the latest project and capital management software packages. Excellent communication and coaching skills. Excellent technical knowledge of equipment, products and processes. Self-motivated, results oriented and excellent personal skills. Cost management / improvement expertise. Hands-on work ethic with the ability to think strategically about capital projects and alignment with business objectives and strategy. Supervisory Responsibilities

Primarily office-based, with regular presence in the plant to interact with plant operations, leadership, and staff; may visit different areas of the plant to observe operations and gather data, exposures may include dirt, dust, fumes, odors, and noise. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up and carry 15 pounds at times. Travel on an as-needed basis (up to 40%) globally, which may vary based on business requirements. Expectations
