Financial Planning & Strategy Senior Analyst, Go-To-Market
to help drive strategic business initiatives and deliver critical insights to company leadership. The ideal candidate has experienced success in a dynamic, high-growth, and fast-paced environment, brings a quantitative, data-driven mindset, and should have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Comfort interacting at all levels of senior management (including VP, SVP, and C-suite) is a must. What You’ll Do
Unit Economics: Own our unit economics model, reporting, and insights. This is one of the most important metrics in our company. This informs our go-to-market, product, pricing, and investment strategies. We also report these metrics to our Board of Directors and the investor community. Budget Management: Own budget management and reporting for our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and her organization including Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales teams. Drive budget allocation and re-allocation decisions, ensuring optimal budget utilization. Operations: Serve as the go-to financial partner for Operations leadership (Customer Support and other customer-facing support functions). Planning: Assist in long-range and annual planning processes by defining strategic priorities, goals, OKRs, and budgets. Investment Decisions: Drive off-cycle investment decisions made by our executive team. Corporate Reporting: Own Sales & Marketing (S&M) and Operations (COGS) sections of our monthly close financial reporting to the executive team. What You Bring
4+ years of experience in some combination of FP&A and/or Investment Banking. Experience with B2B SaaS, especially usage-based business models or businesses that have real COGS, is a meaningful plus. Well-versed in managing budgets. Significant experience with Adaptive. Expert-level modeling ability, particularly models that consolidate many inputs from other finance teams. Strong attention to detail. Experience in identifying business insights through analysis. Thrive in an environment where given the opportunity to work autonomously and solve ambiguous problems. Experience with SQL, Looker (or other BI tools), and Salesforce or willingness to learn. Fervor for B2B business models and the broader market landscape. What You’ll Get
