Shipping Clerk
We are seeking a diligent shipping clerk who will be responsible for preparing products for shipping using UPS and FedEx. The role involves updating inventory on the computer system as parts are pulled, and communicating with trucks and shipping brokers for pickups. Responsibilities: Prepare products for shipping using UPS and FedEx. Update inventory on the computer system as parts are pulled. Communicate with trucks and shipping brokers for pickups. Engage in material handling and order picking within the warehouse. Essential skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience with UPS, shipping, and warehouse operations. At least 1 year of forklift experience, with preference for both sit and stand-up forklifts. Proficiency in inventory management and material handling. Additional skills & qualifications: Excellent attendance record. Experience with UPS is essential. 1+ year of experience in warehouse picking/packing. Computer aptitude and excellent communication skills. Some experience with shipping brokers. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Why work here?
