Job Description
The Duckcreek Sr. Lead Developer should have expertise in application development and implementation using the latest Duck Creek platform and its allied features. The candidate should have good skills in software development lifecycle, messaging patterns, endpoint security, interfaces with internal and external applications, and database knowledge. Leading and teaching others through doing, knowledge sharing, mentoring and training; documenting guidelines, best practices and lessons learned; and participating in reviews and code inspection sessions. What you will do for C&F: Product Application development using Duck Creek latest platform and its allied features. Ability to drive low-level design and perform estimation, technical POC and technical customer communication. Collaboratively work with team members to adhere to Duck Creek development best practices. Maintaining application code/configuration promotion, build & release cycle. Preparation of LLD's under the supervision of Technical Architect. Creation of reusable codes/assets/enablers as a part of the project or engagement. Work on scaled agile development teams to understand business needs and transform complex requirements into innovative solutions. Communicate within a sprint team as well as cross-team for any proposed design or solution while concurrently addressing technical issues and risks in a collaborative manner. Oversee technical deliverables for projects through software development life cycle, including validating the completeness of estimates, quality and accuracy of technical designs, build and implementation under direct senior supervision. What you will bring to C&F: 8+ years of experience in Duck Creek Policy admin system with expert level hands-on technical skills in Duck Creeks toolset Express, Server, Author, Transact, Forms, User Admin, Shredding, XSLT Transformation, XML, HTML5, SQL Hands-on experience in Duck Creek Platform - v6.x, v7.x and v8.x Hands-on experience in Express Version 3 & Theme Maker. Hands-on experience in Duck Creek Insights Extract Mapper & Power Bi-Reports, Shredding. Experience in Duck Creek AMI, Anywhere API & Message Hub. In-depth knowledge of Duck Creek Conformant standards and remediation methodologies. Experience working directly with technical, business stakeholders/leadership in formulating technical requirements to solve business problems Energetic and engaging self-starters possessing strong analytical, communication, organizational and technology skills Will abide by departmental policies and procedures, including authority levels, to comply with C&F's risk management controls. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $91,000.00 to a maximum of $160,000.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee's contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range.
