Inventory Analyst

to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain operations. The Inventory Analyst will work closely with procurement, operations, logistics, and finance teams to balance demand and supply, reduce costs, and improve inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy across systems and warehouses. Analyze sales trends, forecasts, and demand patterns to optimize stock levels. Develop and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership visibility. Identify excess, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock. Support demand planning, production scheduling, and logistics coordination. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, stock-outs, and backorders. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce carrying costs. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and industry regulations. Provide insights and recommendations to management on inventory strategies. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field. 24 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain analysis, or a related role. Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar). Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis tools). Familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
