Shipping And Receiving - 1st Shift
Join our dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving associate in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient handling and organization of products and materials. Responsibilities Label and store products in designated locations for efficient retrieval. Process returns and manage damaged materials to minimize losses. Support shipping and manufacturing with timely material delivery. Uphold warehouse safety and organization, implementing FIFO practices. Manage after-hours deliveries and establish a receiving email group. Organize North areas for accurate inventory tracking. Evolve into cycle counting, RMA processing, and supply chain communication. Verify accuracy of deliveries, ensuring alignment with purchase orders. Maintain accurate stock records in our ERP system. Be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Essential Skills 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment. Experience loading and unloading heavy products. Proficiency in warehouse pick/pack, picking, packing, and using hand and power tools. Ability to operate machinery and perform material handling tasks. Experience with warehouse distribution, inventory management, and shipping and receiving. Computer skills including the use of RF scanners and ERP systems. Work Environment The role is based in a manufacturing and warehouse environment that is not climate controlled. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
