Read all the information about this opportunity carefully, then use the application button below to send your CV and application. DocuSign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use DocuSign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, DocuSign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using DocuSign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM). What you’ll do As the Technology Communications Lead, you’ll be responsible for building DocuSign’s technology brand among technical, analyst, press, and purchasing audiences. You’ll work with a myriad of stakeholders across DocuSign’s engineering, AI, and technology teams to understand the impactful work DocuSign is doing to build its industry-leading, AI-native intelligent agreement management platform and scale its products for more than 1.7 million customers. This role will be responsible for an interesting mix of deliverables. Part writer, part comms person, the successful candidate will be an experienced tech comms professional who is able to source technology stories, understand what’s most interesting in them for a technical audience and then write that story for a mix of communications channels. The person in this role will be responsible for writing technical posts for the DocuSign blog (both traditional blogs and video scripts), creating presentations for technical industry events, drafting content for social channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and when applicable, drafting the press strategy for the moment. You don’t have to be technical to succeed in this role, but you must be comfortable driving inquisitive conversations about technology with technical partners. A key expectation of this role will be understanding what technical audiences value, what they love to work on, and being able to write the stories that engage those audiences. This will require being well-versed in — and up-to-date with — the technical conversation of the day. A bit more about you: You love deconstructing a problem and enjoy talking tech with engineers. You have great judgment, an authentic voice, and know when to deploy it. You are a voracious learner and are currently geeking out about trying new ways to incorporate AI into your workflows. You love to dig into all aspects of the work. You’ll need to be able to seek out information to support business goals, distill what you’ve found, create strategies, draft narratives and plans, and then execute. To succeed, you’ll be proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a matrixed environment. You have top-notch writing skills, but you love a good edit. You enjoy the challenge a tight deadline brings and have the wit and scrappiness to meet it. You love to get into the weeds and help tell a story. You are flexible in the face of change. You get joy from growing an enterprise that helps businesses and people be successful. You bring top-tier emotional intelligence and a sense of humor to all you do. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of Product and Analyst Communications. Responsibilities
