Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategy, territory planning, and capacity modeling for our consumption-based business model Design and implement sizing methodologies and property/account valuation frameworks that define revenue potential and enable prioritization Establish rules of engagement documentation and governance across all sales motions. Set quotas, track pacing, and optimize margin across a diverse set of customers Drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Finance, Enablement, GTM Systems, Data Engineering and other departments to optimize the customer journey and maximize lifetime value Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of sales operations managers and analysts Champion a data-driven culture by establishing KPIs, SLAs, and performance benchmarks across the organization Ensure your team delivers actionable insights that directly impact productivity and efficiency Spearhead automation initiatives to eliminate non-value administrative tasks from the sales workflow Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure the field has the tools, training, and resources to succeed Qualifications

5-7 years of progressive experience in sales operations or revenue operations 3+ years of people management experience, with demonstrated success building and developing teams Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders Deep expertise in B2B SaaS operations, with strong preference for consumption or usage-based pricing model experience and/or marketplaces Strong executive presence with exceptional communication skills to present insights to C-suite and influence without authority Preferred Candidate
