Position Overview The

Key Account Director

is responsible for managing and developing our relationships with the company’s most strategic partners. This leadership role will be tasked with developing long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth across assigned accounts. The Key Account Director will act as the primary contact between the company and senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the client’s business objectives and our company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Excellent account management and relationship skills: experience in excelling at managing significant stakeholder relationships both on partner side and within own organisation

Strong commercial skills:, able to build successful financial programs and models, measure profitability and other success metrics

Business development skills within partner account: ability to identify opportunities for new / increased business, new service lines, expansion into new markets and programs

Good dispute resolution abilities, able to manage issues, avoid conflict, deescalate problems and find solutions for both parties

Exceptional organisational rigour, able to manage and lead business review sessions, involve relevant stakeholders, oversee new programs of work, ensure deadlines met and exceed performance expectations

You Have Education & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered

5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, with a strong preference for experience in the tech industry.

Understanding of international business and markets, experience across different countries, ideally US&C, Europe/UK, APAC.

Skills & Competencies :

Proven track record in managing Key/Enterprise client relationships at a senior level

Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and account management

Ability to perform under pressure and consistently meet deadlines and targets

High ethical standards and unwavering professional integrity

Quick to learn and adopt new software tools, particularly sales and inventory platforms (training provided)

Solid commercial acumen, with an understanding of cost of goods, inventory turnover, gross profit, and VAT impact

Strong self-motivation and the ability to inspire and lead others toward excellence
