Your role As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will connect business needs with technical solutions. You will evaluate business models, elicit requirements, and ensure the technical teams deliver solutions aligned with business objectives. Your Key Responsibilities
Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses Travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients Skills and attributes for success On engagements, you will work with key stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. You will gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, and document the functional design of the solution, and coordinate with stakeholders and the technical team to translate needs into business solutions and configurations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Demonstrated deep technical capabilities and strong business acumen; ability to assimilate new knowledge Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams Requirements gathering, architecting solutions, blueprinting, configuring, testing, documenting workflows and functional design Consistently deliver quality client services; monitor progress, manage risk and keep stakeholders informed Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels Qualifications
A bachelor\'s degree with 2-4 years of related work experience At least 1-2 full lifecycle implementations, with one using SAP S/4HANA Experience with SAP Materials Management Module and knowledge of Procurement, Inventory Management and Invoice Processing Cross-functional knowledge (Sales and Distribution, Production Planning and Accounts Payable) a plus Led Procure to Pay workstream and solution design workshops; established proofs of concept Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and advisory experience relevant to industry-specific finance and technology functions Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies Willingness to travel; travel estimated at 80% Preferred
Prior consulting industry experience SAP Certifications Experience with 1-2 full lifecycle implementations focusing on Procure to Pay and SAP S/4HANA What we look for We look for someone adept with the functional business skills along with deep SAP technical capabilities. #FY26SAP What we offer
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranges: US-wide $101,500 to $186,000; NYC Metro/Washington State/California (excluding Sacramento) $121,700 to $211,300.
