Direct message the job poster from Revature We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator with expertise in Windows Server environments, database management, and scripting. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and supporting enterprise systems with a focus on financial services and payment platforms. You will ensure system availability, monitor performance, and automate processes to support business-critical operations. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving, and strong collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities: Administer and support Windows Server 2016+ environments, including system configuration, patching, and upgrades Manage SQL Server and DB2 databases, ensuring performance, reliability, and security Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft IIS web servers Automate administrative tasks and processes using PowerShell scripting Monitor and analyze system performance using Dynatrace, Splunk, and related tools Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to support financial services and payment systems Perform incident and problem management, ensuring timely resolution of issues Support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives Maintain system documentation, standards, and operational procedures Provide technical support for project implementations and production environments What We're Looking For: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016+ environments and Microsoft IIS Hands-on experience managing SQL Server and DB2 databases Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk Exposure to financial services or payments domain preferred Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Equal Opportunity Employer Revature (Company) is an equal opportunity employer.
