Were looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Maintenance Engineer to join our Fins Up team and help us maintain the magic behind the Margaritaville experience! In this role, youll take charge of maintaining, repairing, and installing our hotels mechanical and electrical systems - all while ensuring our property stays in tip-top shape for our guests. From behind-the-scenes fixes to proactive maintenance, youll be the calm in the storm when things need attention. What Youll Be Doing: Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems Carry out preventive maintenance to keep everything running like a breeze Assist in room and facility repairs to maintain the Margaritaville standard Work closely with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and safety Respond quickly and efficiently to service calls, always with a positive attitude What You Bring to the Crew: Solid experience in facilities maintenance or engineering, preferably in a hotel or resort setting A knack for fixing things and a passion for doing it right the first time Familiarity with basic safety procedures, tools, and building systems Ability to stay cool under pressure and solve problems on the fly A team-player spirit with great communication skills Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays - the island never sleeps!
