Overview The Consultant, People Projects plays a key role supporting the leadership team of the People function (People Executive Committee) at Cushman & Wakefield. As a direct report to the SVP of People Partnering for the Americas and Global Talent & Learning, the Consultant helps enable enterprise-wide collaboration, coordination, and on-time delivery of People Team programming across stakeholder groups in partnership with the People Team Leadership.

Consultant, People Projects Responsibilities
Facilitate programmatic coordination across the People teams functions/programs, including project management, implementation planning, change management, stakeholder communications, and cadenced reporting Scope and drive execution of analytics work to distill strategic insights and recommendations into executive-level presentations through data storytelling. Data sources include, but are not limited to, employee data, functional and corporate financials, market research, and other primary and secondary quantitative and qualitative resources Manage multiple development and execution workstreams simultaneously, including development of materials for presentation to senior leaders (including quarterly meetings) Lead change management initiatives to support successful implementation of strategies Work with the talent analytics team to conduct proactive analysis of labor, talent, turnover, performance, and financial data to derive insights that inform business and talent allocation decisions Partner with the People Strategy & Operations team across the organization (e.g., with TDS, Finance) as required to support the broader needs of the People Team Act as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor and help ensure continuity of operations across the People function Proactively take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to continuously improve Cushman & Wakefield’s performance Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in HR or analytical/business-related fields preferred but not required 3 years of experience in a consulting firm or other highly analytical strategic function with internal or external clients, preferably in a services-based industry Experience in a global, matrixed organization with cross-country/time zone collaboration; Commercial Real Estate industry experience a plus Exceptional planning, organizational and program management capabilities; ability to manage multiple priorities and influence others, including senior executives, to meet deadlines Strong business mindset and analytical skills; ability to turn data into a narrative; experience analyzing people data with other data sources is a plus Strong financial acumen; commercial understanding of real estate a plus Desire and ability to collaborate across functions, troubleshoot, and take initiative Highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, polished, and driven to succeed Benefits and Compensation Cushman & Wakefield provides eligible employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid and unpaid time away from work. Compensation varies by location, eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, total hours worked, job type, business line, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. The compensation offered for this role will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, geographic area, market pay rates, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation range for this position is: $110,500.00 - $130,000.00.
