In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to establish data quality policies, standards, and improvement initiatives that enable better business performance, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making.

As The Senior Data Quality Leader, You’ll

Define and lead our enterprise-wide data quality vision, standards, and framework, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.

Champion a federated data quality program that unites stakeholders across the organization under common KPIs and best practices.

Serve as the enterprise authority on data quality, driving continuous improvement and fostering a data-driven culture.

Lead the development and implementation of data quality monitoring tools, dashboards, and workflows to ensure visibility and accountability.

Establish and track enterprise-wide data quality metrics, focusing on business impact, root cause analysis, and sustainable improvements.

Facilitate recurring operational reviews with data owners, stewards, and business leaders to drive actionable results.

Collaborate across teams to embed data quality standards into systems, workflows, and transformation projects (e.g., ERP migration).

Lead training and change enablement initiatives to promote adoption of data quality standards.

Document and maintain data quality policies, procedures, and definitions across platforms and domains.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

7–10 years of experience in enterprise data quality management, data governance, or related disciplines, ideally in manufacturing, supply chain or R&D.

Proven ability to lead data quality programs in complex, matrixed organizations.

Strong understanding of data quality principles, KPIs, and profiling tools.

Proficiency in data quality management tools and technologies.

Preferred Skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data findings into actionable insights.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with demonstrated success working with business and IT stakeholders.

Experience managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and integrating data quality into system migration programs.

Familiarity with lean process improvement or Six Sigma methodologies.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.

High adaptability and a proactive approach to ambiguous or evolving environments.

This position supports immigration sponsorship.

The salary range for this position is $119,043.00 - $163,685.00, assuming full-time status. Starting pay is dependent on factors including geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), pension, life insurance, disability benefits, and PTO, depending on hours worked.
