Overview We have a unique career opportunity to lead the Floor Finishes Division for a high-growth, entrepreneurial, specialty contractor client in the Raleigh, NC (Triangle) market. The division leader will be responsible for growth through business development and relationship building throughout the market while ensuring operational success. This role works in conjunction with the company’s operations leader to guide and manage day-to-day division activities, providing guidance related to staff, resources, strategy implementation, revenue generation, profitability, quality, efficiency, and innovation. This includes overseeing the division's sales efforts (goal planning, estimating, and bid review). This is not an all-encompassing job description. Location: Raleigh, NC (Triangle) area.

Lead the Floor Finishes Division’s growth through business development and relationship building across the Raleigh market, in partnership with the operations leader. Guide and manage day-to-day division activities, including staff, resources, strategy execution, revenue generation, profitability, quality, efficiency, and innovation. Oversee the division’s sales efforts, including goal planning, estimating, and bid review. Qualifications
Experience in construction with floor finish experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to build a strong customer base. Functional experience in at least two of the following: estimating, project management, and field/operations functions. Job details
