The DC office of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an associate to join the labor and employment team in a full-time, partnership-track associate position. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of employment litigation and counseling experience. A successful candidate will have extensive litigation experience; be capable of running and managing cases, communicating, and negotiating with opposing counsel, arguing motions in court; have strong analytical, research and writing skills; and be comfortable advising clients directly and managing deadlines and case dockets. Experience with traditional labor and labor management relations is a plus. The successful candidate should have a strong academic record, and exceptional analytical and writing skills. Big law firm and class action experience a plus. Active DC bar membership or eligibility to waive into the DC bar is required. EEO/drug-free workplace/E-Verify participant/Veteran/Disability.

At the time of posting, the expected salary range for this position for full-time on-track associates is $310,000 to $390,000. Actual salary offers may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, education, training, skill sets, licensure and certifications, practice area, experience, internal equity, and market data.
