The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong focus on building a healthy, mission-driven, and high-performance organization. This role is pivotal in integrating organizational development, culture-building, and leadership development with HR, compliance, and administrative oversight. The Chief People Officer will be responsible for leading cultural strategy, designing and implementing leadership development frameworks, and ensuring a trusting, inclusive, and accountable work environment. They will also guide the organization through change initiatives, oversee HR and compliance functions, and serve as a key member of the leadership team, shaping organizational strategy and aligning people practices with the company's mission and vision. Qualifications: Applicants for the Chief People Officer position at the company should have a Master\'s degree in a relevant field, with additional certifications in HR, OD, or change management being highly desirable. A minimum of 7 years\' of progressive leadership experience in HR, organizational development, or people strategy roles is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading cultural transformation, leadership development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong knowledge of HR law, and various compliance standards is preferred. The role demands excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, as well as a commitment to the principles of the company. The Chief People Officer will also be responsible for training and professional development, administrative and operational oversight, and will play a key role in executive leadership and strategy.
