Business Operations Specialist and Math Teacher

Lead the middle school teaching team for the Summer 2025 semester Deliver 6th and 7th grade math classes Plan teaching activities such as lectures, online events, and trial classes Conduct and proctor practice or mock exams Instruct math classes according to the Think Academy curriculum Provide constructive feedback to students Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment Build strong relationships with parents Address client inquiries about courses and registration Engage potential clients through various communication channels Develop and execute plans to meet enrollment targets Monitor sales performance Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration between enrollment and program delivery Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a STEM-related field Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) Previous experience teaching or coaching middle school students Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques Passion for education Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with others Seniority level
