Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hr.
What You'll Do:
Respond quickly to inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries. Engage with potential customers to understand project needs, budgets, and timelines. Qualify leads and match them with the right solutions from our extensive parts catalog. Confidently pitch technical products and explain solutions in a way that resonates with construction professionals. Collaborate with our sales team to hand off warm, qualified opportunities seamlessly. Track every lead and interaction in NetSuite CRM while providing valuable feedback to marketing. Build and maintain product knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends. Qualifications:
1+ years in lead qualification, customer service, or inside sales (construction or manufacturing a plus!). Strong communicator who's confident talking with builders, contractors, and distributors. Proficiency with NetSuite CRM or similar systems. Ability to explain technical products clearly and build trust with prospects. Organized, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A plus if you have experience in construction materials, industrial supply, or equipment sales.
