Infrastructure Automation Developer
We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Automation Developer with strong experience in scripting, automation, and infrastructure engineering. This individual will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable, automated solutions that enhance platform reliability, deployment efficiency, and operational consistency across enterprise environments. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining automation scripts and tools to streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management. They will also lead initiatives to transition services between load balancers, ensuring high availability and minimal service disruption. Additionally, they will architect and implement internal platforms for crowdsourcing, code deployment, and hosting environment selection. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and enforce infrastructure standards and automation best practices is essential. The role requires writing, testing, and deploying code for tasks such as server deployment, retirement, and configuration. Technical leadership and mentorship to team members are also part of the job. Required skills and experience include 10+ years of experience in infrastructure automation, scripting, and development. Proficiency in PHP, PowerShell, and RESTful API development is necessary. Experience with Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and UI frameworks is preferred. A strong background in Windows and Linux server environments is required, along with hands-on experience with MySQL, MSSQL, and database integration. Proven ability to manage complex projects independently and deliver high-quality solutions is essential. Preferred skills include experience with Radware or similar load balancing technologies, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies, knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Soft skills such as excellent communication and collaboration abilities, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, comfort presenting work for peer and stakeholder review, and the ability to clearly articulate technical challenges and solutions are crucial. The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
