What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Analyze claims data and communicate findings to internal claims partners and other business functions - Drive cross-functional collaboration for cohesive data integration and reporting - Deliver insights to inform business decisions and support long-term strategies - Contribute to the creation of advanced data visualizations for complex data sets - Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices for data analysis and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelors Degree or higher in a relevant technical field (math, finance, actuarial science, or analytics preferred) - 5+ years of experience in a related field - Must be eligible to work in the US without requiring sponsorship - Expert knowledge of Excel and intermediate knowledge of SQL - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including data visualization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with business unit and corporate strategic direction - Proven ability to adapt to new or changing situations and priorities - Effective problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach - Strong organizational, time, and project management skills
