Overview Product Manager - B2B Customer Journeys at Adobe. The Product Manager of B2B Customer Journeys will strengthen our core AI-powered applications — Adobe Marketo Engage, Adobe Journey Optimizer B2B Edition, Adobe Marketo Measure, and Adobe Dynamic Chat — and build exciting new offerings that change the way B2B marketers do account and lead orchestration. You will apply creativity, competitor knowledge, and customer understanding to innovate for exceptional customer experiences. You will learn and incorporate sophisticated technology including Predictive AI and machine learning, Generative AI, and human-in-the-loop Agentic AI.

Evolve the vision and strategy for our core products Develop market mastery by working with customers, industry analysts, partners and others Translate customer feedback into robust product requirements that delight customers Deliver powerful and innovative product capabilities and intuitive user experiences that balance flexibility with ease of use Obsess over solving the most challenging problems of our customers Qualifications / Requirements
3+ years of product management experience with knowledge of Agile/Scrum development process and the Product Owner role Bachelor’s Degree or four years equivalent experience Must be willing to work in-person out of the San Jose HQ on a weekly basis Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams including software developers, QA engineers, UX designers, researchers, support specialists, sales representatives, pre-sales and professional services consultants, customer success managers, and operations staff What we offer / Compensation Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $102,000 — $197,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short‑term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
