Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design. Experience with prototyping (e.g., wireframe, wireframing, etc.). Experience with motion design in product design or UX/UI animation. Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions). Preferred qualifications

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization. 2 years of experience leading design projects. Experience with visual design in product or UX design environments. Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. Responsibilities

Drive Google Meet's AI strategy through cross-functional alignment and deliverables. Collaborate and align with other designers and design managers across Meet and Workspace products. Collaborate with research to understand pain points and opportunity areas. Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to create solutions that balance business and user needs. Develop user journeys, designs, prototypes, and presentations to communicate design ideas. About The Job At Google, we follow a simple but vital premise: "Focus on the user and all else will follow." AI will change the future of work in profound ways, and our products—Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Vids and Meet—are at the forefront. You will work with model builders (Google DeepMind) and have the ability to impact billions of users worldwide. Compensation : The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location; individual pay is influenced by location and other factors. Your recruiter can share specifics for your preferred location during hiring.
