The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, a product mindset, and a hands-on approach to building high-quality, sustainable software products. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead projects within a small, focused team to develop fast, reliable, and scalable code that drives business value. You will contribute to modernizing our core Title & Settlement Platform using modern tools, techniques, and cloud-native services. What You'll Do:

Design, develop, test, and deploy complex functional areas, architecting modern, scalable, and fault-tolerant services. Collaborate/Partner:
Work with product management, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to design and validate technology solutions. Operational Excellence:
Ensure solutions are high quality, secure, and observable; participate in reviews of designs, code, and metrics. Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to ambitious team goals, providing feedback and driving ongoing improvements. What You'll Bring:
5+ years of software engineering experience. Experience with engineering best practices, automation, and high-functioning teams. Expertise in building large-scale back-end services and APIs with modern architectures. Strong understanding of software principles and cloud infrastructure. Ability to create robust, reusable solutions and mentor others. Knowledge of deployment and observability strategies in cloud environments. Data-driven approach to development productivity. Preferred Experience:
C# (.NET Core, .NET Framework), TypeScript & React / Node.js, or Golang Containerization (Docker), Kubernetes Relational and NoSQL databases Automated testing, infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible) AWS Cloud Services and experience in regulated industries Effective communication skills Pay Range: $126,100 - $193,325 annually.
