We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Product Manager to join our global L&D team. In this role, you will oversee the impact and development of learning products for internal consulting employees at manager level. Products may include in-person programs, virtual live offerings, digital on-demand curriculum, externally curated courseware, and blended programs.
This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring in-office presence 3 days per week (not fully remote).
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a roadmap for the creation and enhancement of learning products and embedded solutions for colleagues at manager level, aligned with the global L&D strategy and business/talent priorities.
Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify learning gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, department heads, and designers to define objectives and create effective learning strategies for the internal workforce.
Develop fluency on relevant subject matter, including curation and contribution to creation based on internal and external perspectives.
Partner with designers, SMEs, delivery specialists, and technology teams to ensure timely, high-quality development and delivery of learning solutions.
Conduct ongoing assessment and evaluation of learning products to measure impact and effectiveness.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning design and delivery.
Collaborate with HR and talent development to align learning initiatives with organizational goals and development plans.
Engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into product development and improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, organizational development, design, human resources, finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
4–7 years of experience in product management, talent management, organizational development, strategy consulting, or similar roles; prior management consulting experience is preferred.
Experience translating business requirements into talent and development solutions, including needs analysis and learning strategy design.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills; ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
Proficiency in using data and analytics to measure impact and effectiveness of learning solutions.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platforms (LXP), and e-learning authoring tools is preferred.
Experience in agile development is a plus; experience in the professional services industry is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits The applicable base salary range for this role is
$90,000–$140,000
per year. Base pay is determined by factors such as experience, skills, location, certifications, and education, and is set on a case-by-case basis. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We offer a competitive total rewards package including health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) and other retirement programs, and employee assistance programs.
