This is an exciting opportunity to join the GTM (Go-To-Market) Enterprise Finance team as we continue to propel the business through analytical forecasts and provide influential insights. This WW Digital Media Enterprise Finance Manager will report to the Director, WW DMe Enterprise Sales Finance.. You will drive analytics, generate insights, and provide data-backed recommendation to optimize performance and drive business growth. This is a dynamic role which partners with Finance and Sales GTM leaders and has the ability to influence senior and executive management decisions, inspire change, and challenge status quo as Adobe continues to scale for growth. What you’ll Do

Engage in effective storytelling by addressing the complexities of long-term strategies with short-term execution plans. Deliver critical business analysis and define significant financial and operational metrics that lead to insightful and impactful business decision-making. Partner with global finance teams, leading Worldwide Enterprise consolidation for bookings, expense forecasting, and topline financial reporting. Maintain credibility and positive interaction with key business partners and collaborators across geographies and the company. Build and lead the operational cadence and process for forecasting and outlooks. Drive accountability, continuous process improvement, and standard methodologies. Deliver timely and accurate executive-level reporting and insights. Enable automated, easy-access, self-serve, real-time financial information (topline, expense, and headcount). Lead discussions about budget prioritization, enhancing return on investment, and GTM strategy for WW Enterprise Digital Media Sales. Mentor, lead, and develop a team of 1-2 analysts. Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed. What you need to succeed

Minimum of 8 years in FP&A or related roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MBA or comparable advanced degree preferred. Excellent communicator with strong PowerPoint and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate data into a story, explaining risks and opportunities. Analytical and creative problem solver who challenges the status quo. Self-starter with an inquisitive mind, eager to craft recommendations. Comfortable in a fluid environment that evolves as the business changes. High attention to detail with a curiosity about identifying anomalies. Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with large data sets. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in significant conversations, deliver messages with tact, and cultivate teamwork that get results and effect change. Able to lead, set objectives, and seek results. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,800 - $231,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
