Responsibilities
Litigate cases related to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unpaid wages. Manage cases from inception through trial. Advocate for workers who are victims of unfair employment practices. Qualifications
Experience litigating cases from inception to trial. Familiarity with California employment law is preferred. Admission to practice law in California. Desire to advocate for persecuted and disadvantaged people. Ability to work with clients enduring stressful circumstances and recovering from trauma. Strong writing ability.
