Technical Project Manager

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Hands-on technical background or previous experience in Java development is highly desirable. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM) are a plus. Preferred Skills Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience integrating Java applications with databases, APIs, and third-party services. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Strong analytical mindset with attention to technical detail. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple Java-based software development projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met. Collaborate with stakeholdersincluding product owners, developers, QA, and business analyststo gather requirements, define project scope, and set clear objectives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Java applications with other systems and technologies. Facilitate regular stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives following Agile or hybrid methodologies as appropriate. Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide transparent status updates to leadership and stakeholders. Resolve project issues and remove blockers to keep teams motivated and productive. Ensure adherence to best practices in Java development, code quality, testing, and documentation. Continuously assess processes for improvement opportunities and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and outcomes. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, vendors, and clients as needed.
