Overview Lead the transformation of healthcare as the Regional Vice President (RVP) for Ambulatory Surgery Centers in the DFW market. Strategic Leadership: Design and implement ambitious business plans for each facility, collaborating closely with Surgery Center Administrators to ensure objectives are achieved and regularly reviewed at the board level. Driving Growth: Accelerate case growth by attracting top surgeons’ talent, optimizing partnerships with healthcare systems, and launching new service lines that drive revenue growth and enhance profitability. Leadership Development: Develop and mentor future healthcare leaders by providing comprehensive training in HR, finance, and communications, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline and effective succession plans for all key roles. Partnership Excellence: Proactively oversee physician equity and succession planning while enhancing partnerships with health systems through transparent communication and focus on shared success. Cultural Excellence: Champion USPI\'s EDGE and leadership initiatives by implementing programs such as BeSafe and BeKind to foster a culture of safety, enhance patient satisfaction, and create a workplace where leadership flourishes. Expansion and operational efficiency: Lead expansion efforts and drive operational improvements to enhance patient outcomes and sustain long-term success across all centers. Qualifications
Must have OR Operations experience Must have a bachelor\'s degree Prefer Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration; equivalent experience considered Minimum five years’ experience with exposure to healthcare business development & operations, finance and business consulting Demonstrated experience in developing growth strategies and a proven track record in people management skills Excellent verbal, written and formal presentation communication skills; ability to work well with C-level healthcare partners, physicians, employees, patients, and fellow workers Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skills Ability to effectively articulate financial results and respond to questions from hospital and physician partners Strong mathematical aptitude to assist with financial budgeting, reporting and analysis Travel Up to 75% local travel required within the DFW region.
