What You\'ll Do Push the boundaries of AI research
- Explore and implement cutting-edge research in retrieval, search, reasoning, and tool calling to orchestrate intelligent agents Design RL experiments
- Leverage organizational context trapped across GitHub, documentation, CI/CD tools, and other development platforms Shape product strategy
- Work directly with founders and early customers in tight feedback loops to prove technical feasibility and consistency Build the future
- Use modern AI-powered development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Coderabbit, Warp) to accelerate your work What We\'re Looking For Required: Master\'s/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field 8+ years of hands-on research experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow and transformer models Deep familiarity with LLM training and fine-tuning methods: distillation, SFT, RL, and policy optimization Thrives in ambiguous, early-stage environments with open questions and whitespace Proven ability to work autonomously in fast-paced startup environments Bonus Points: Experience shipping models for search relevance, ads ranking, recommendation systems, or computer vision Prior experience building or applying models specifically for coding applications Strong open source contributions or GitHub projects demonstrating your passion and skills Seniority level
