Hourly rate ranges from $16.00 - $16.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
Assist in maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control to maximize sales/profitability.
Ensure flexible scheduling and compliance with store policies.
Qualifications
Prior retail management experience is required.
The minimum age requirement is 18 and must have a flexible schedule.
The physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
