What you'll do
Develop and communicate a risk-based and data-driven strategy and outcome-driven roadmaps for enterprise privileged access management services, solutions, and capabilities, in partnership with engineering and operations partners, customers, and other stakeholders
Keep abreast of advances in the industry to address the threat landscape
Advise executive decision makers based on business and technology risk grounded in threat
Maintain technical and risk credibility with your own team and with partners across the enterprise
Maintain close ties to various stakeholders, developers, and engineers across the company, ensuring the services we create meet their needs as products evolve
Iterate quickly and see the products through to production and scale
Establish product value propositions, metrics, and key indicators
Recruit, motivate, mentor, and lead those around you to be their best
About You
You have strong consulting and analytical skills
You have the ability to foster collaborative, open working relationships with technology groups and other stakeholders, including vendor relationships
You have demonstrated clear communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization, and to influence senior management and executives (including translating technical information based on specific audiences)
You have experience managing multiple high-visibility and high-impact enterprise access management security projects with cross-functional teams, including planning, development and management of technical requirements, design, testing and deployment of solutions
You have a passion for cybersecurity
You have experience working with the public cloud (AWS) and knowledge of associated access security use cases and solutions
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 6 years of experience working in cybersecurity or information technology
At least 5 years of experience translating cybersecurity strategy and analysis into product requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science
5+ years of people leadership experience
5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
3+ years of product management experience
Experience in regulated financial services organizations
Professional certifications (CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CCSP, CISA, CRISC, AWS Security or AWS Solutions Architect)

McLean, VA: $225,400 - $257,200 for Sr Manager, Cyber Technical
New York, NY: $245,900 - $280,600 for Sr Manager, Cyber Technical
Plano, TX: $204,900 - $233,800 for Sr Manager, Cyber Technical
Richmond, VA: $204,900 - $233,800 for Sr Manager, Cyber Technical
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
