Full Time | Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 6 pm. On call 24/7 SALARY:

Manage Board of Directors (BOD), Homeowner and Community relations. Attend all community meetings, including committee meetings, as appropriate. Train and foster team building among all employees involved on the account. Conduct all walkthroughs (Landscape, Building, Violation, Architectural Review, Work Order verification, etc.) based on daily, weekly, and monthly checklists. Oversee Association finances, including reviewing financial statements and reporting to the board if spending exceeds budget, with proper documentation. Develop and prepare the annual draft budget for BOD approval. Manage and implement the budget monthly. Ensure adherence to all preventative maintenance procedures and policies by engineering staff. Establish and maintain building Emergency Guidelines, including conducting fire drills and managing emergency equipment. Coordinate move-in/move-out activities. Manage vendor relations and contracted on-site staff. Oversee third-party contracts, advising the Board on performance. Process violations and manage all related activities. Handle all special projects as assigned. Authorize payment of invoices and manage the bid process. Educate Board members on legislative changes affecting HOAs. Maintain familiarity with laws and regulations governing condominium associations and ensure compliance. Manage the annual meeting and election processes. Utilize support staff efficiently and respectfully. Attend required training classes. Be available on-call for after-hours emergencies. Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field preferred. 5-7 years of experience in Property Operations and/or Hospitality, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. CMCA, AMS, and/or PCAM accreditation from CAI is preferred. Experience/Knowledge/Skills Minimum of five (5) years of business or Property Management experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, people-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines. Coaching, training, and understanding of accounting principles are desired. Travel and Availability Requirements Travel to multiple on-site locations as needed. Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirements. Respond promptly to emergencies, 24-7.
