Jobs via Dice . Overview This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s): AZ, NC, and TX. As Software Engineer II, you will collaborate with Product Managers, Analysts, Testers, and cross-functional global teams in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include designing and developing scalable software tools supporting client-facing Commercial Client Lifecycle Management and Onboarding systems. You will work closely with cross-organizational teams to define and implement solutions for client onboarding applications and provide ongoing support. Responsibilities Design and develop technical solutions to meet user needs regarding functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability. Provide module-level leadership (architecture, design, development) for medium to large projects and maintain client-facing API banking systems. Contribute to department best practices, guidelines, and standards adherence. Build and maintain large software platforms. Create a superior developer experience with well-documented, secure, and maintainable code. Engage in abstracting, refactoring, and testing solutions passionately. Continuously learn and go beyond the call of duty. Support team development and self-improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of application software programming experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications Module-level lead experience for small to medium projects. Understanding and influencing architecture and design. Expertise in Microservices, SOA, Spring Boot, Web services (SOAP, REST). Experience with CI/CD, React, NodeJS, Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, JMS, JDBC, Web development, JVM, JNDI, JMX, JTA. Strong knowledge of MQs and Kafka. Experience with software design patterns, security protocols (SAML2.0, OAuth2.0), RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL). Financial industry experience is a plus. Experience with TDD and Agile methodologies is also a plus. The salary range is generally $96,000 to $130,000, with actual pay based on skills, experience, and location.
