IT Project Manager
will play a pivotal role in delivering technology solutions that provide measurable business value. This role involves
planning, directing, and coordinating IT projects
to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Working cross-functionally, the Project Manager will help identify business opportunities, scope projects, and apply best-fit methodologies for execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Support
IT portfolio management
activities in partnership with IT and business leaders. Identify opportunities for improvement and help develop business cases and project scopes. Review project proposals to define schedules, staffing, budgets, and resource needs. Manage multiple
systems/application development projects
from inception to implementation. Develop work plans, assign personnel, and track deliverables, milestones, and timelines. Lead and motivate project teams while ensuring quality and adherence to goals. Escalate project risks, scope issues, or delays to leadership in a timely manner. Provide
status reports and portfolio summaries
for leadership and stakeholders. Champion innovative solutions and
problem-solving approaches
to meet business needs. Required Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of IT experience, including managing IT projects. Nice-to-Have Experience:
Tower industry, operations, leasing, or real estate background. Experience in global real estate or infrastructure environments. Required Skills:
Strong
written and oral communication
skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels. Excellent
organizational and prioritization
skills. Preferred Skills:
Experience with real estate, leasing, or IT infrastructure projects. Exposure to portfolio management methodologies. Additional Skills:
Leadership in motivating project teams. Proficiency in preparing reports and presenting to executives. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Benefits:
