Your core mission will be to: Seamlessly blend human technical expertise with AI capabilities Resolve sophisticated technical challenges that push beyond AI's current limitations Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI-powered support system Basic Requirements
Proven track record of 3+ years in technical customer support, demonstrating progressive problem-solving capabilities Sophisticated command of generative AI technologies, including: Hands-on experience with multiple AI tools Demonstrated ability to create automated workflows Experience in developing custom GPTs Note: Basic AI usage limited to research or content generation is insufficient.
