Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator
to help lead the next phase of a Salesforce transformation for a growing company undergoing enterprise-wide system modernization. This permanent role offers the opportunity to step into a high-impact position on a lean, agile team thats bringing Salesforce support in-house and building scalable tech infrastructure. What Youll Do: Own Salesforce administration, user support, and data management Lead metadata updates and data import/export tasks Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories Manage data quality and governance within the Salesforce environment Collaborate cross-functionally on Sales Cloud enhancements Support integration efforts and partner with technical teams Create documentation and help define platform standards What Were Looking For: Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, SOQL, metadata updates) Proficient in Excel, particularly with VLOOKUPs Experience managing data quality in Salesforce Skilled in gathering requirements and creating user stories Clear, confident communicator Nice to Have: Experience using

or similar tools for mockups and visual requirements Exposure to enterprise systems or environments undergoing transformation Seniority level
