Sr Business Analyst-Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Job Location: Remote (anywhere in the US) Role Description: As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sr. Business Analyst, you will be part of a Cognizant team that is focused on the delivery and implementation of Microsoft CRM / XRM solutions for Cognizant's clients. You will spend majority of your time consulting directly with our clients and developing line of business solutions. You will also have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies and solutions in enterprise-level environments. You will perform activities such as: Elicit detailed functional / business requirements from users and sponsors. Create and communicate detailed requirements, solution proposals, business process designs (BPD) and business system designs (BSD) that meet the business needs Work on a large Dynamics CRM D365 project and transition into roles with increasing responsibility on the growing CRM team. Work with developers to understand the designs and validate that the software solution will satisfy the business needs. Conduct functional testing of implemented applications, and provide the initial support of these applications when moved to production. Create and deliver documentation as necessary to ensure proper use of changed and newly implemented processes. Make software configuration changes to support business processes. Assist CRM Project Manager in status reporting and project milestone tracking. Assist in coordinating project activities and deliverables across other team members. Effectively plan and conduct transition activities of newly implemented functionality to appropriate teams. Provide post-implementation support. Job Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role Direct experience with enterprise CRM applications Ability to document As Is processes and work with Business units to develop to Be processes Work with Business teams to gather and understand detailed functional requirements Work closely with IT teams to ensure CRM designs are aligned with Business objectives Assist in converting requirements into designs / configurations for CRM Develop testing, review and implementation plans with the CRM project manager, Business groups, user groups Provide post-implementation support for implemented solutions Have worked on Agile Projects Have played Scrum Master role Specific Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Previous experience with CRM and ERP systems Good understanding of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service processes Demonstrated organizational skills in terms of project management, meeting facilitation and definition of solutions with the business Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to articulate business solutions Must also have the ability to communicate with technical teams to develop and configure solutions Strong competency in basic Microsoft office applications as well as Visio, Access, and MS Project, JIRA Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 3 September, 2025. The yearly salary for this position is between $140,000 $158,000 per year, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
