We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Expediter & Delivery Manager to join our team supporting private aviation and high-end corporate catering clients. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate preparation, packaging, and delivery of food orders while managing a team of delivery drivers and maintaining operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional time management skills, a strong understanding of labor control and cost of goods sold (COGS), and a keen eye for detail to uphold the highest standards of service and quality. A clean driving record, background check, and ability to pass a drug test are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Expediting & Quality Control

• Oversee and coordinate the accurate preparation and packaging of catering orders for private jets and corporate clients.

• Ensure all items meet presentation and quality standards before dispatch.

• Communicate with culinary and front-of-house teams to manage special requests, last-minute changes, and dietary requirements.

• Logistics & Delivery Management

• Manage daily delivery schedules and routing to ensure on-time delivery to FBOs, private terminals, and corporate offices.

• Supervise a team of delivery drivers, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and conducting training as needed.

• Coordinate with clients and aviation staff for seamless delivery execution and access clearance.

• Team Leadership & Labor Management

• Oversee shift schedules and labor utilization to ensure proper staffing while controlling overtime and unnecessary labor costs.

• Promote a team-oriented environment with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and professionalism.

• Inventory & Cost Control

• Support inventory tracking and assist with ordering processes to reduce waste and optimize COGS.

• Work closely with the culinary team and procurement to forecast needs based on upcoming orders.

• Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

• Maintain clean driving and criminal records and pass regular drug testing, as required by company policy.

• Ensure all drivers comply with DOT and company driving regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proficient in Excel Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or aviation food service (private jet catering experience preferred). Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient understanding of labor control, scheduling, and COGS management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy with knowledge of delivery management software or POS systems. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Occasional on-site visits to airports and client facilities may be required.
