Insight Global is seeking two Python Developers to join one of our Diagnostics clients in a fully remote role. This company is a global leader in the Pet Diagnostics and Healthcare space, aiming to enhance pet healthcare. In this role, you will develop and deploy software to process and deliver data from annotation platforms to be used by data scientists for machine learning applications. and collaborating with data scientists to understand and implement specific annotation requirements.
This is an Annotation Pipeline Project that has already kicked off but is aimed to creating pipelines to enable the movement of images through them so that annotators can access them. On a day-to-day basis, these individuals will be clustering images and feeding into algorithm training. All the code is written in python, using dataframe frameworks such as Pandas, PyArrow, Polaras, etc. Additionally, we are looking for someone with Spark (pySpark, etc), Data annotation (image/text) experience. We are looking for someone with a great personality and demonstrated ability to engage with the team and be solutions oriented.
Pay Range: $55 - $65/ hr

- Databricks Platform
- OpenCV / image processing OR Annotation for machine learning
- SQL, AWS - 4+ years of Software Engineering experience with Python
- Pandas (or PyArrow, Polars, other dataframe framework)
- Experience using Spark (pySpark, etc)
