Job Overview A Customer Service Representative role is available at

warranty services . This role is vital in upholding our commitment to

customer satisfaction . MITER Brands, which includes Milgard, MI Windows & Doors, and PGT Innovations, is a leader in the
window and door manufacturing industry , known for high-quality
vinyl windows
and
patio doors . Responsibilities: Customer Support:
Provide quality assistance via phone or email regarding warranty issues on Milgard products.
Order Processing:
Review requests and schedule technicians for warranty repairs within the region.
Account Management:
Work directly with assigned accounts to resolve warranty and non-warranty issues.
Communication:
Respond accurately to customer inquiries and process warranty issues promptly.
Transaction Handling:
Process payment transactions with confidentiality.
Liaison Role:
Collaborate with internal and external teams (field service, sales, plant management, engineering) to resolve order-related issues.
Request Expediting:
Expedite special requests to meet customer deadlines.
Adaptability:
Stay flexible and positive when handling challenging customer needs.
Administrative Duties:
Perform clerical and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Experience:
12 years of experience, preferably in
manufacturing
and
building materials
Industry Knowledge:
Previous
windows sales
and
millwork
experience preferred
