Translate internal requirements into detailed specifications and manage vendor execution to ensure product delivery, quality, and continuous alignment with roadmap objectives. Drive field-informed improvements: Collaborate closely with Field Application Engineers and installation teams to gather feedback from real-world deployments. Use these insights to identify design improvements and turn them into structured development plans for external partners. Manage technical partnerships for fleet performance: Coordinate with third-party software and analytics partners responsible for telemetry, remote monitoring, and energy optimization of the inverter fleet. Ensure these partners meet performance, integration, and data quality standards while aligning with Sol-Arks product roadmap and customer expectations. Communicate improvement roadmap externally: Create and maintain a clear roadmap for iterative product improvements. Communicate this roadmap and associated priorities to vendors and manufacturers to guide ongoing development and quality improvements. Own portfolio financial performance: Drive P&L accountability with dynamic pricing, margin analysis, and cost controls. Respond to performance signals with actionable tactics to sustain growth and maximize long-term product profitability. Leverage data to drive action: Use product analytics, customer insights, and market data to identify opportunities, diagnose performance issues, and inform strategic decisions across pricing, roadmap, and go-to-market. Balance trade-offs: Manage scope, dependencies, and risks while facilitating timely, data-informed decision-making with cross-functional teams. Champion the user experience: Work directly with installers, technicians, and field teams to ensure solutions meet real-world constraints and workflows. Act as cross-functional glue: Serve as the strategic interface between technical and commercial teams, keeping timelines, deliverables, and risks aligned. Continuous improvement: Stay current on product management best practices, energy industry shifts, and compliance landscapes to elevate product thinking. Requirements
