We're looking to hire a Senior M&A Project Manager to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:
Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily. Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients. What We Are Looking For
5+ years of professional Project Management experience. Advanced English is required. Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required. Extensive hands-on experience managing carve-outs, integrations, or large-scale corporate transformations, preferably across multiple industries or geographies. Strong understanding of M&A deal structures, including purchase agreements, carve-out frameworks, and Transition Services Agreements (TSAs). Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Supply Chain, and Operations, ensuring alignment and timely execution. Familiarity with antitrust, data privacy, export controls, and industry-specific compliance requirements impacting transitions. Expertise in program orchestration, dependency mapping, risk mitigation, milestone tracking, and executive reporting. Strong ability to manage budgets, analyze financial implications of decisions, and balance TSA costs against accelerated separation investments to preserve deal value. Working knowledge of enterprise IT systems, including ERP, HRIS, CRM, data governance, and cybersecurity requirements, to effectively coordinate technical workstreams. Skilled at managing third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers, holding them accountable to quality, timelines, and costs. Forensic attention to detail. A positive mindset and a can-do attitude. Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams. Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems. Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them. Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
