Role Kinaxis Implementation - Solution Architect Location: Experience: 10+ Years We are seeking a Solution Architect with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Optimization Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning. Responsibilities Design and implement Kinaxis-based solutions to optimize supply chain processes and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Kinaxis solutions. Provide technical expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization and Demand Planning. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Kinaxis solutions to ensure clarity and continuity. Conduct regular assessments of existing Kinaxis implementations to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower team members with Kinaxis knowledge and skills. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality and user satisfaction. Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and align Kinaxis solutions with organizational goals. Ensure seamless integration of Kinaxis solutions with existing systems and processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of Kinaxis applications. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure robust security and compliance measures are in place for Kinaxis solutions. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning. Stay updated with the latest Kinaxis developments and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications Possess a strong background in Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization and Demand Planning. Demonstrate proficiency in Kinaxis Fundamentals and its application in real-world scenarios. Experience in Manufacturing Capacity Planning Production Scheduling & Planning and Supply Chain is advantageous. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model. Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Certifications Highly valued - o Kinaxis Solution Architect certification o Solution Consultant Level 2 certification o Kinaxis Certified RapidResponse Author Level 1 o Kinaxis Certified RapidResponse Administrator Level 1 Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $112,000/Year to $135,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.
