What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and drive the overall technical roadmap for the organization, aligning it with business goals - Collaborate with executive leadership and tech teams to optimize strategies for delivering platform services - Lead the design and architecture of resilient and scalable platform services, considering both on-premises and cloud solutions - Champion software development best practices and safe deployment processes to enable continuous delivery of business value - Mentor and coach engineering teams to strengthen technical expertise and foster professional growth
What is Required (Qualifications): - Fluency in at least one modern programming language (Go preferred, .Net a plus) - 10+ years of professional experience in software development - Proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining highly scalable and reliable systems in production - Deep knowledge of DevOps practices and principles, as well as hybrid cloud architecture - Excellent leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and fostering professional growth
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 8+ years of experience with architecture and design - 6+ years of experience in open-source frameworks - 4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud service providers - Strong background in incident management and the ability to create incident response playbooks - Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management frameworks
